Lead poisoning is a serious but preventable disease that affects the development of a child, and can cause speech, hearing, learning and behavior problems. A lead-poisoned child usually has no symptoms;
a blood test is the only way to determine
the level of lead in the body.

and answer booth located in the Flower Building. You may also want to check out all the wonderful 4-H projects and exhibits on display in the 4-H Building, watch an animal show, or be on hand for one of the food demonstrations being conducted by the Human Ecology staff in the
Commercial Building.
